How is Ouabain, G-Strophanthin, Strophantus Gratus taken?

​There are various ways it can be taken.

​– On an empty stomach ( half hour before meals) the Capsules are swallowed.

In case of an emergency, let the powder be absorbed 5-6 minutes within the mouth. ​

 – In countries where strophanthin does not require a prescription, the products are suitable for consumption.

 – In Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Luxembourg as well as other countries, strophanthin requires a prescription, which is why the products from the shop are not suitable for consumption in these countries.

 In these countries the products should then be handled as follows:

 Strophanthus pastilles: open and place in a foot bath give, best enriched with a tablespoon of magnesium chloride. Also suitable for an ascending foot bath.
